Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Office Appointments
Routine appointments are scheduled in the office:
Tuesday from 9:00am–11:30am and 2:00pm–4:30pm
Thursday from 9:00am – 11:00am
Dr. Gardiner’s surgery schedule defines the times available for office appointments, but it is important to Dr. Gardiner and the staff that exceptions to the routine office schedule be made when possible if the patient’s circumstances require.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you contact the office at least one business day in advance. We reserve the right to charge for a missed appointment.
Emergency and After-Hours Care
You will want to proactively be aware of the guidelines established by your insurance company for seeking emergency care, should the need arise.
If the situation seems to you to be an emergency, you should call 911 and have emergency response personnel respond.
If it is outside office hours, and you feel the situation is not an emergency, but you’re uncomfortable waiting until the office re-opens, please call 925/275-1210 and follow the directions provided in the message. If directed to leave a message, please speak clearly when you leave your telephone number. Dr Gardiner will return your call. If another physician is covering for Dr. Gardiner, the message will indicate the number you should call to reach the covering physician. If your call is not returned in a timely manner, please call again (it is sometimes difficult to understand the phone number being left, in which case the physician is not able to call you back).
